PTS Patch Notes v9.3.1

The Elder Scrolls Online v9.3.1 includes several fixes for the Gold Road prologue quest and a few initial fixes for the new Scions of Ithelia dungeons, combat abilities and item sets. We’ve also activated the Jester’s Festival event for testing this week and have made a few updates to the tutorial portal room. The size of this patch is approximately 410MB.
