[2022] I keep getting nothing for winning or losing?

My rank only ever seems to change when I'm not playing. I won two games and gained +0 rank on leaderboard. Lost a game and got +0 rank on leaderboard. 2 wins and 1 loss should have left me slightly better off shouldn't it have? That's a positive winrate...happened the past two times I played.

Early this season I was in top 200 but now I'm at like top 400 something, and haven't been able to fall or win based off my playing. It seems to be revaluating me when I'm not online based off winrate/number of points earned. As the season progresses I'm naturally worse by comparison since I'm getting 0 points.
