[2021] PlayStation Patch Notes v2.23/1.05

The Elder Scrolls Online v2.23 (PS4)/v1.05 (PS5) includes fixes for voice chat and a few game crashes. Also included are a few adjustments for the Hrothgar’s Chill item set. The size of this patch is approximately 455MB.
