After 8ish Months of progression, my group finally achieved planesbroken (Speed run, hard mode, no death of vet rockgrove) AFTER MONTHS when we achieved this yesterday at approx 19:15CET. It was bugged, none of us got the achievement. We ensured we killed all adds, even the one that (STILL) glitches inside the house and becomes unkillable. After we did PB we walked back and checked, no adds present. It would have been impossible for us to swap gears during the run in select area's like the dead lands if there was a glitched add there.

after months of progression and months of game development to the point you almost are ready to launch the new PTS for the NEW trial. it is unacceptable for the current end game trial to not be fixed to the point players roll a dice on if they obtain the achievement. You have known about this bug for months this is not the first group to be hit by this bug countless others have been hit before us (https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/587685/planesbroken-vrg-trifecta-achievements-bugged/p1).

I would love for this to be a positive experience and zos to just hand my team the achievements we should have been awarded last night. However I'm not to naïve, i've played this game for countless years. I'm fully aware positive experiences are few and far between when it comes to zos handling bugs, unless its a quest in the middle of an expansion launch then its fixed instantly. raiders generally don't see the same love as questers.

However knowing you wont award the achievements, i ask simply this fix the achievement so others dont go though it. the despair.

Hi All. Thanks again for raising the issue with this bug. We wanted to make sure we chatted with the dev team before coming back to you with information.

We want to let you know that this thread has been shared with our QA team highlighting your particular case. They will review your video to see if there are any patterns that can help resolve the issue of the achievement not triggering.

Our teams internally are aware of the bug. However the bug has not been reproduced internally yet, making it difficult to identify the core issue and find a resolution. As noted by others, the bug does not occur all of the time. The team is still working to see if the bug can be reproduced.

We are still actively investigating this issue. However, we also understand this is very frustrating for everyone who has achieved this accomplishment within the game so far, and by extension the greater community who wants to celebrate this achievement.

As we continue to investigate, the following would help aid in identifying the issue:

@Dextail Thanks for getting the logs and for asking for addition point of view. We will send those to the team for review. And regarding the Title and Achievement we noted a response here. However, we will take this back to the team internally as well to make note of this and how it is an additional frustration point. We do have a record of this completion of the achievement for when those tools are available in the future.

Hi All. We have a few updates to share regarding this.

Regarding the team in question, we have resolved the current issues with them. As you all know, we do not sure resolutions to individual tickets. However, Dextail has been notified of the resolution at this time.

As for the bug itself, the Dev Team has identified the bug culprit with the help of your reports and posts detailing specific runs. The Dev Team has been able to repro and is working on the fix now. The goal to have it available in the near future. We will have more details once the fix is complete.

Again, we understand this has been frustrating and we thank you for your patience. Special thanks to those who time put in to make note of this bug.
