[2021] No patch fix for loss of "Ivory Brigade" knowledge?

See no mention in patch notes of a fix for losing "Ivory Brigade" knowledge. I learned 10 "Ivory Brigade" motif chapters, and I verified they were learned. A short time later, I realized that the "Ivory Brigade" motif knowledge had been lost. It was lost at crafting tables, and it was lost in Lore Library (which was showing 0/14, instead of 10/14, for Ivory Brigade). However, my crafter still had knowledge of the Outfit Styles associated with the 10 motif chapters previously learned.

I was hoping this might be a UI error that would be fixed with today's patch. But there is no mention of it in the patch notes. If it is not fixed, it sure is an expensive bug for the player.
