How does the GeForce lan mission work? Can't find an answer for this, and no official post on the forum. I stricly played 50 min of ESO and followed this : https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/software/nvidia-app/redemption-faq/ Not working

Hi all, for those that are having issues with the NVIDIA Lan mission, we are checking in with them to make sure everything is working properly. In the meantime, if you do not want to wait, you can submit a ticket to our customer service team. Please note the promotion and they should be able to assist you in the short term for the mount.

Thanks for the tickets, all. Everyone who has posted a ticket so far, I have escalated your ticket to customer service. Please give them some time working through this. We also have a team member contacting NVIDIA again to discuss the issue around codes generally.

Hi All, just passing along an update. We spoke to NVIDIA earlier today. They have plenty codes and noted that more codes would be granted tomorrow. If you still do not receive a code by tomorrow, we can grant the mount on our end as well. We will pass on any tickets we have for now. Thanks for providing ticket numbers and being understanding as we work with NVIDIA.

Hey all, quick update here on this promotion.
  • Those using the standalone ESO Client - We know this is frustrating, so thank you for hanging in there while we continue conversations with NVIDIA. We have been working with NVIDIA to resolve issues here and they believe they may have a fix. We are waiting for an update here. Please submit a CS ticket for your code if you have an NVIDIA graphics card and attempted the promo.
  • Steam and Epic players - New codes will be uploaded tomorrow afternoon
  • (Jan.9). Please check your NVIDIA App then. If you still do not see a code after that point, please let us know and place a ticket. We will work with you to resolve this.

Hi All, for those using the individual ESO Client, NVIDIA has patched the NVIDIA App and is noting things should be working for as intended now. Here are the steps to follow:
  • Close ESO if you are playing.
  • Close and restart the NVIDIA App
  • (Note: NOT GeForce NOW. You need to use the NVIDIA App)
  • NVIDIA App --> Settings --> SCAN NOW to pick up your games.
  • You will now see ESO in the Graphics tab with all other games.
Just a note, with this patch to the NVIDIA app, the timer may reset, so you may have to play the 50 minutes again to get the mount. Those playing on Steam or Epic, our previous post has not changed. New codes will be uploaded tomorrow afternoon (Jan.9). Please check your NVIDIA App then. If you still do not see a code after that point, please let us know and place a ticket. We will work with you to resolve this. Again, please let us know if you run into issues, we can work with our teams to troubleshoot if that is the case. Thanks again, all.
