[2020] Did the hotfix break Group Finder?

Queing as a tank, for random normals, during prime time: 10+ minutes in queue for several characters.

DPS: 50+ minutes in any randoms, never getting anything.

Multiple people reporting the same for healers, tanks and DPS in 3 zones.

Did the hotfix made today broke Group Finder?

Hey all, if you are experiencing long or seemingly endless queue times can you let us know the platform, server, what role you were queuing for, and if you were in a group/solo? Also when you started experiencing the issue would be helpful.
