Hi @Finndelore I take it you are now in the Fairies Chapter

You will no longer need the Dwarf Settlement in this Chapter however, you will normally receive a Quest to sell these (particularly the Portal)

Once this Quest has been fulfilled there should no longer be a need to keep your previous settlement and are free to delete this ready for the next one!

@Indriel The Meditation Circle needs to be connected to the Senate. However, any additional Meditation Circles can be connected to another as long as the initial one is connected to the Senate! If that makes sense!

Yes please, you can do this from the game log in screen, by clicking onto the question mark (?) on the right side of the screen. From inside your game by clicking the bottom right cogwheel icon and then when the suite opens, click on the question mark. Both ways this leads you to the support suite and ability to raise a ticket with us.

Hi @sunrae Unfortunately you're unable to disenchant/delete the Twilight Phoenix to get the Artifacts. Once they have been used to evolve a building, they're gone.

You may find in the future the Twilight Phoenix Artifacts will be obtainable through The Spire and the Magic Academy however I cannot guarantee that. Alternatively, the Tomes may be available in the future at a cost of other Artifacts! This is speculation of course but plausible!

@Jake65 I don't know if it's actually set at a certain time from start of play! However, to reset the Timer to your advantage you can use Sips of Clarity or as Giraffi mentioned, Diamonds.

I personally have mine set as I stated above which allows me to see all 4 Rotations through the day

Hi @Rainbow706 in addition to the above comment, the crafting rotation occurs every 6hrs. So we would recommend using these rotation times to your advantage.

For example if you normally log out of the game at 21:30 of an evening, and will be back online around 7am the following morning. It would be better for you to time your rotations to reset at 03:00, 09:00, 15:00, and 21:00 This way you will not miss a rotation.

If you've researched and unlocked the technology the storyline is probably just trying to get you to catch up. But it's not a race! You do what you can when you can... I have a Story Line Quest that's been sitting there for 6wks now that is far from being completed yet...

If the Festive Fountain is not on the City of preference @Bella Donna 1 please raise a support ticket and we will be happy to resolve it.  

The reward chests are not set until the Ancient Wonder is fully upgraded.
Looking at your screenshot the Tome of Secrets has not yet received all 820 Knowledge Points to complete this level. Once it does, the relevant chests and donating players will receive the chest contents.  

Can we check to see if you are upgrading your Dwarven Portal to increase the storage? For Guest Races the various portals provide the storage space in the same way as your Main Hall does for your city.
If this does not help, please send in a ticket to support as we can then double check all for you too.

Hi @Finndelore!! If you click on your Ranking Score, it will bring up the Rankings Table. To the top of this table on the right hand side you will see a Blue Information Button that will explain how your Score is made up.

If you hover over your Ranking Score under your Profile, that will bring up a breakdown of how that is made up

Hi @Almondum Your memory serves you well! There was indeed a toggle that allowed you to stay where you were on the Map however this was discontinued at the end of last year.

The World Map is always on the move due to Players coming in and inactive Cities being removed. It's aim is to bring all active cities towards the centre, forcing the inactive ones to the outskirts.
