In addition to what @m4rt1n said... it may also be that they have received more Knowledge Point Donations than they have given out due to the Knowledge Point Limit

If the Player in Question begins to donate out to their Fellows, once they have "re-balanced" they should be able to receive more!

Right im keeping an eye on these guys! MAY require you to raise a Ticket but we'll see if the issue is persistent first.

As always do a cache clear and a soft modem reset first to take that out of the equation!

Yes, there are only 45 Premium Expansions available in the game currently.
Please check out the Elvenar wiki, as this covers the whole game, not least all Expansions. For your convenience we have set it to the Expansions page.

@Jake65 Definitely useful to do that but remember it's a 5% Boost so try and place it on the Big Culture Buildings! Best to get the most out of those little purple helping hands!

To receive a Culture Bonus the building just needs to be in the way to receive the NH (and this includes your Pet Buildings)

As it shows below!! (No effects have been placed on this Building other than that of NH)

I think from Portal Level 1 to Level 2 your propositions will increase from 75 to 90 (3hr Production)
