It gives you an advantage but the right weapon and ammo will get the job done. It doesn't make you invisible. Funny that I just replied to a user that was asking for the opposite.

Very good chance that you got killed by exactly what the death screen said...shot to the head by a SCAV. Other than that, there isn't really anything we or others can tell you since all we have is this post and nothing else to look at.

Would we be able to have the plug removed from the filter affixed to the GP-5 Gas Mask? Considering the mask makes an airtight seal to the face, the plug blocks the intake of air, thus suffocating the wearer.

We've just installed a hotfix 0.11.7.3287 for #EscapeFromTarkov client and server with some minor changes, including correction of AI behavior and its shooting. The update is available for download via the launcher.
