We're rolling out another quick hotfix to fix a bug.
The hotfix will be applied to each server over about an hour. No update is needed.

* Life Steal & Omnisyphon effects will no longer provide twice as much healing

Due to temporarily halving life steal & omnisyphon effects, Ranked games will be disabled until we fully apply the fix.

• Added cooldowns for Primordial Hex in Death Rune, Obsidian Jitte, and Grimoire.
