As mentioned above, trial and error IS certainly an option, and in fact this is my preferred way to learn as well. But it's not everyones cup of tea, so if you find yourself stuck even after giving it a try I can recommend our Player Resources[forum.paradoxplaza.com]
It has multiple tutorials linked and is a pretty good starting point. If after all this you are still feeling a bit lost, I'd highly encourage you to join the official discord[discord.gg] (or any of the community discords) and ask specific questions! People are typically very kind and helpful towards new players.
Good luck and have fun learning! It never really stops fully and it's half the fun :p there are players with thousands of hours still learning new things about the game.
