Yeah, what grotaclas said. You should not attempt to continue 1.31.x saves in 1.32 - it will almost certainly break them.

But to answer the question on how to disable specific DLC's:

When you start the game you will arrive at a launcher first. On the left hand side there is a menu and in that menu there's a section called "DLC". In there you can toggle specific content on and off.
