@Damien_Dacier @Chilln01 @AndrewLowther Emphasis on the "so high", we wanted to increase the AE from PU's, but we admit that we overdid it. Latest hotfix addresses this.

@cobster71 We do, we do internal tests as well as a closed beta group. Reality is, EU4 has such scope that it's impossible to catch everything. Remember, for every issue discovered by the community there are several which they never see because we got them pre-release.
How to opt-in to 1.32.1: 1. Right click Europa Universalis IV in Steam and go to Properties 2. Go to the BETAS menu and pick 1.32.0.1_beta in the dropdown list 3. Close the window and let the game update in Steam
Hello everyone! We've just released an opt-in hotfix which includes a rebalance of the Personal Union Aggressive Expansion issue along with a number of other things like the unnatural increase in dev cost from Army Tradition.

@Nebula4023 If you r-click on EU4 in Steam -> Properties -> Betas. There is a drop down menu where it says "select the beta you would like to opt into", choose 1.31.6 and then let the game update. You should then be good to go, no code needed.
