You don't have to create an account to send a ticket :-) the account will be created automatically when submitting a request. So please try submitting using your email and see if it goes OK!

That's really odd, I've asked the team - I'm not sure what validation rules the form has in place that would prevent that!

You know what else sucks? Getting Fall Mountain when there are 12 people left, FM should be limited to 6-7 people like Royal Fumble, I got so many FM today and I was always placed back row :| Three or two rows on FM shouldn't be a thing, really hoping to see this one gets fixed, along with the crown bug.

We are in great pain every time we see this and I am so sorry - especially with the hanging bug specifically like this. I am pasting a reply here from another thread regarding this:
Progress on the crown grab fix:
For Season 2.5, we thought we'd deployed a fix that would help a large portion of these errors, but it really didn't do that for us. We've been working hard on a fix for this and explored many options, but ultimately, we're going to be deploying a change in Season 3 that separates the mechanic for grabbing the crown from the rest of the grabs. I am not very literate with game mechanics, but I hope that makes sense.
This should fix instances like this one - however, some misses will 100% be down to lag. Those situations won't be fixed - most often we see it when two players grab at almost the same time. We're working on improving visibility of your connection in-game to indicate when a player is experiencing high latency...
