Yup! Just submitted a request. Except I tried launching the game to see my ID and now I can’t even launch the game. It just crashes without a warning or anything.

Haha! I love hex-a-gone, so obviously, I'd love this. Thanks for the suggestion. We're pretty focused on pressing needs over the next few months but people's love for hex-a-gone is thoroughly noted.

We've started looking into why this is happening particularly to people in Steam parties - though it sounds like you're getting it more frequently than most.
To help us look into it effectively, could you pop a note to our Support team, who will be able to check logs, and do a bit more than I can on that side?

So the crown grabbin' on Fall Mountain has been looked into holistically - appreciate the Trello calls out the 'left hanging' bug specifically though.
We have a fix going into our next update for it. From there, we'll be able to see if that fix solved all instances of the crown failing to register.
This made me uncomfy.

So, you can expect Big Fans to come up more frequently upon it being added (which is natural as it's new map), but the frequency of the medieval maps & newer ones from S2 should correct and you should start seeing the older maps more frequently. We'll keep an eye out to see if we need to change it up or fix the rotation further when we're a little bit into 2.5. I hope this helps for now :)
I've seen a number of comments about this over the past few days. Could I ask you to raise this with our Customer Support? It's our best way to monitor and action errors like this.
If you have the time that would be awesome. I'll also raise it internally, but by doing the above it creates a proper log for us .

Oh of course i love feedbacks too. And I'm still playing, sorry if I said something that looks like Im not playing anymore (English is not my best). Thanks for paying attention, because I think it with feedbacks that we can create better stuff ( as a sql server dba I love feedbacks to construct better tools for the people). Im. Sure you guys will surprise us with more amazing stuff. And fkin thank you for the sonic skin. Since I was born sonic is My fav hero. I had flip flops, underwear, clothes posters and everything about him back in the days ( still have Keychains and action figures of him). It's OK. I guess, my thoughts are that there's nothing wrong about people having opinions and sharing and discussing them - of course, I'd MUCH rather people remembered we're like... humans who, you know, read stuff, and then can feel things about it, but what can ya do.
A lot of feedback, ideas, thoughts, & opinions here are both valid and valuable and go a long way in aiding our roadmaps. And that'll come into fruition for y'all soon.

Lol spicy is genuinely one of my favourite words. I also really liked thicc Bonkus and big Yeetus. It wasn't really an effort to appeal to a younger audience, it's just things I personally found funny and thought twitter would too. I can understand it being cringe to some though lol.

May I ask if the Knight Fever-Wall Guys-Hoopsie Legends overkill will be stopped or only aggravated with Big Fans? I really like all 4+1 new levels, but not in every episode. I think new levels should help with variety not create monotony. I understand that some players literally asked for the hightened chances, but personally I think that one week should have been enough for everyone to learn the new levels if they are really interested.
I unfortunately don't know the answer to this immediately. I am pretty dang certain that we won't keep the rotation as-is (as there has been a lot of feedback to this degree), but I want to hold off on confirming for ya until I know for sure. I'll come back to this comment soon :)
Honestly im happy with whatever we get. I can always just play until i get bored, and then play again when i want. Ive already got my 20 dollars worth. There is no reason for anyone to go out of their way to show how disinterested they are. Thank you all for the hard work that others are blind to!
It's okay! The beauty of the internet is you see a vast array of opinions, and varying degrees of passion for said opinions. A lot can be valid - albeit, some are quite vitriolic, and that sometimes makes me surprised, but it is what it is.

Of course, I can't quite say what, or when, but I hope as announcements are out over the coming weeks you might feel inclined to pick the game back up again.
