EDIT: I am happy to report that you lot probably got the Playstation Plus issue fixed, cause I don’t get it anymore. So the main issue is the servers now I guess, all I get is “Failed to login, please check your connection”.
EDIT 2: OMG! My game finally started working!!!! And my progress carried from the PC version, too.

It should help the underlying issue that has been causing login/matchmaking issues, but we are still working at the speed of sound to get everything back.

I’ve played 3 games and won one of them, but now I seem to get an authentication failure message, is this also due to the servers or has something else happened?

I get the error after the purple/blue screen with the logo and START! (when I click START! or use the spacebar or enter key)
I tried quitting the game and starting it again, I tried closing Epic, restarting it and then start the game, and I tried restarting my PC. I always get the same error, so I don't think restarting the game isn't the issue here.
It totally could be - I'd wait a while and come back once we've resolved our matchmaking issues (maybe check back in a hour?) and then see what it looks like. I'll update this post when things are recovered - if it isn't updated yet you can check back again later.
Also missing Swirly Sleeves. Judging by Discord, it seems like everyone is missing it, I've not seen anyone say they still have it.

Is it responsible for the long matchmaking times? Only got into one game so far and it seems like it took 5-10 minutes. Trying to get into one now and it seems even longer.
