Hi there, I did the survey about 11 days ago, but I don’t think I have received the crowns. I also signed up to the board of beans, but haven’t had anything from that either. Is this possible to check? Thank you so much :)

I did the survey about 10 days ago, but I still didn't receive the reward. I also signed up for the Board of Beans thing with my email, but I haven't got any info about that either. Is it possible my survey got lost somehow, or should I wait a couple more days, to start worrying? :D
Nah it's a good time to wonder, 10 days is long! Could you kindly pop me a direct message with your support code? We've had a few that have submitted but accidentally typed their support code out wrong, or popped extra info in that field, so I'll check for that first :)

I saw a comment by Joe (lead game designer) a few weeks ago saying how they reduced it because it’s so hard for new or casual players. He even mentioned that they get a bunch of younger players writing in to tell them how the level is a buzzkill, lol.
Yeah - Timing out isn't supposed to be the way this level finishes - if it constantly ends with timing out, it does imply that it's too difficult.
