To be honest, I haven't the slightest idea! I don't have any hand in that part of development. I would be scared I would break something haha.
I just updated and it still doesnt seem like bear arms and WWR are stacking. My gatling gun weights 2.25 pounds with bear arms on or off.

EDIT/Apologies! This hotfix is for server stability, the Bear Arms fix is still incoming.
any updates on Ammo Weight Reduction and Weapon Weight Reduction on armor while in general working after hotfix, but still not being the same as before patch?
specifically Weapon Weight Reducton dont stack with perks anymore (like Bear Arms), and Ammo Weight Reduction not affecting grenades after the hotfix (before patches it was working on grenades too).

Yes! The devs have isolated those issues and they are included in the fix.
should always be console first and pc last.
It would be nice if game development worked that way :) Unfortunately, PC is faster and easier to update first, whereas consoles require certification from clients.
