It looks like the Vision only lasts 5 seconds. That is barely enough time to close the pip boy or quick wheel. Hilariously short duration.
Each Scout's Banner lasts for 60 minutes, and the activations are tied to hitting enemies. I'll work on getting the patch notes updated with more details.
Another bug I think, Nuka World and Seismic activity dont seem to be registering as events completed in the Ash Heap region for the weekly challenge. Anyone confirm?

BTW, there is a known issue with it where placing it in your camp on a surface will make it set on the roof instead. We have a fix for this coming!
Mmm, was kinda hoping to see the inconsistencies with Union PA and the various jetpack skins as well as the fact it doesnt work with Sizzling Style mentioned.
I'm seeing this as fixed for Update 42, I'll poke and see if we can escalate it to the next patch instead, but otherwise you'll see it early next year.
