None of the community reps or managers you see on the forums can remove bans. The only way to do that is to appeal them through our Support team via live chat or email. Additionally, you can also contact Ubi Support through Twitter or Facebook.

I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. In regards to cheaters, right now your best bet is to clip anything you see suspicious and touch base with our Support team so they can investigate. Also, since I do see quite a few threads on here about this, I'll pile these up and send them off to the For Honor team as well.

OP, just be mindful about making multiple threads about the same topic! They should all be able to fit in one thread, so I've gone ahead and merged everything here.

Reflex Guard discussions are something the community team has been following, especially over the past month or so as conversations have ramped up. From what I've seen, it appears that some players feel Reflex Guard feels strange in the post-CCU era of For Honor. I don't have any updates to those discussions per se, but it's something we're eying here.
