Thanks for reaching out.

Your rank is calculated at the end of each tournament match and any changes is dependant on your performance.

It may be that your performance is that of a solid Gold level, thus the changes aren't as apparent as they may have been when you were climbing previously.

There's no guarantee of gaining / losing a rank after each / every few matches.

Hey there @storm11300,

Bundles such as this won't always show under 'Owned DLC' in the client, you'd be best of checking in-game.

If you launch the game itself are you able to access the Battle Bundle content?

Please could you keep track of this throughout Season 7?

And capture screenshots before + after the season end?

Unless you have any from Season 6 > 7 of course.

Just so we have some examples to pass on to the team of the trophy not unlocked as we haven't had any other reports of this so far.

Apologies this wasn't responded to sooner - however the block function does not prevent you from being matched in a game with a player at all and is more to prevent communication from them.

It'll likely stop you being matched on the same team, but not necessarily against them.

As noted by @szaniblackbone - such a feature would result in significantly longer queue times.

If you have already reported the player in-game, you do not need to reach out to us, since that report will be investigated.

Hi @SumDude420 I'm sorry to hear that the trophy 'For Honor' has not unlocked.

I was looking into how to unlock this particular trophy and it mentions the following:

Once you start the game in multiplayer mode, you will be asked to choose one of the three factions: Knight, Vikings or Samurai. Once you select your faction, stick with it for the entire season, because if you switch in the middle of the season you will not unlock this trophy.

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing crashes on For Honor.

Is this happening on other games as well?

I noticed that you have a 4080 series, GPU that has faced numerous issues when it came out.
I would highly advise to get on online guides to find out what could be the cause of crashes for this graphics card.

As I won't be able to guarantee that this is the cause of the issue, I'd still recommend performing our troubleshooting steps.
