i'm sorry but i'm really angry now i've played like 50 games

40 of them have disconnect me return back to the menu ubisoft error seriously after than 22 min of playing à the of the breach or in the menu when à game ending it's very frustrating because i actually played for nothing ! no xp, no lot, no win, no defeat, not Steel, actually if it was 1 games on 2 it's okey
that about 2 month that arrived all time and my friend have the problem to (enemy in Game to i think that i see all the people disconnecting at the or in the start)

but for exemple i've played four games today i have crash on 3 games and at the end of the last
can you understand that its impossible to play for me i just want to finish à game and receave my steel

i've payed nothing on the black sold because i've finished just one ôr two Game without crashing, my connection is okey not the best in the world but can play every games without any lag and crash have a ping of 20-30 and for me it's seems good


please help me for that or patch the server i just want to finish a Game without crash or long server answer

I’m really sorry you’re having this kind of experience and running into so many disconnections. Since this has helped many players with similar issues, I’d like you to run through the quick steps in this basic connectivity troubleshooting guide. This can help even when your internet is functioning properly and given what you said about yours, I’d highly recommend those steps.
 
Should the issue persist after that, I'd recommend starting a Support case with us and attaching your System Files along with an image of those forwarded ports and any error codes you're seeing. Please update me on this thread after you've done so, and I'll be happy to take a closer look.
