Hey folks! I wanted to chime in here to check this out. Hey @liaoeksing, and welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear this is happening when trying to group up with friends. To confirm, if the friends you are trying to group up with on the platform? This might be one cause of this issue regardless of the NAT type, as cross-platform grouping with friends has not yet been implemented in For Honor just yet, but it will be coming in phase 2 of the Crossplay Development Plan. However, if you are on the same platform and still running into this issue, please keep us posted!
@liaoeksing Thank you for that image and the information. Please give this troubleshooting guide a try to help eliminate common conflicts between the game and the online services. If this guide does not help please create a support ticket with an image of your ports that were forwarded as a part of the troubleshooting guide along with an image of your open NAT type to help further investigate this with you.

Can you confirm you've done all the steps that were advised above by @UbiSushiVamp ? Do you know your NAT type ? Are ou and your friend both on the same platform as well ?
