I have completed the matches to need in order to be ranked all of which I lost. It put me in rank Bronze 1. But then everytime I have I win it just say match won, points added +0 I thought this was normal until I saw my brother play a ranked duel and his actually shows +24 etc. My brother was playing using the same console as me and it gave him points but not me. So I thought I would delete the game and re-download but that didn't work either and I have followed all the steps to ensure that it is not connectivity that is the issue. But still nothing I have contact so many times but have not heard anything back. I feel left out as everyone is ranking up except me.

I have also read other forums and discussion and it seems like I am not the only one who has been having this issue with your ranking system.

You have only advised that Dev team is looking into the issue. But that was back in August 2021. And I have not seen any updates for this at all since. You guys are having regular maintenance but this issue is still on going.

I'm sorry to hear that you may not be receiving rank. Can you check if the bug itself is a visual bug (showing +0) that makes it seem like your rank is not increasing or decreasing by checking the ranking page in-game after playing some games, as you may be able to witness your proper ranking there.

In order for us to be able to check your progression and match history, we would need you to contact us privately about this issue so we can see your game data.

Now we are unable to check your rank, progression detail and match history over our forums, but if you get in touch with us over our support link, we should be able to check in detail, the any ELO/MMR/XP you have received, and for which matches.   • Platform you play on?

Hey there @CreeperNNL ! I'm sorry to hear that you're also encountering this issue! As mentioned by Ubi-Milky earlier in this thread, we're unable to check your rank, progression detail and match history on our Discussions forums. What I recommend is reaching out to us through our Support Website by opening a ticket so that we can look into this for you.

When you open that ticket, would you answer the following questions for us?

  • Platform you play on?
  • What server do you play on?
  • What was the exact date you didn't receive XP from your match?
  • Have you waited 24/48 hours and did you notice any change in-game to your rank/progression?
