Hi. I have this problem for 3 days now. when the game is connected to servers and goes to the main menu, this message pops up "faction war current state is unavaileble. troops cannot be deployed right now. please try again later".
I can play the matches but I get no loot, no xp and no troops to deploy and I can't even see how is the current faction war map. I have verified my game files and reset the network settings of my pc but nothing is changed and my NAT is green btw. never had this problem before in these 3 years.
I appreciate it if you guys could help me. thanks

I apologise for the delayed response. If you're encountering this issue, could you please first try our connectivity troubleshooting for your platform:
- PC
- PS4
- Xbox

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please could you open a support case with our team. You can reach our support teams here:

- Twitter and Facebook

When opening a case, please include an image of your port forwarding, as well as the following system files:
- DxDiag/MSinfo (for PC)
- An image of your console settings (for PS4/Xbox)

Thank you for sharing these screenshots with us. Could you tell me if you see any updates in loot and honor points if you restart the game client? If you are able to capture a quick video clip of this being replicated during a quick AI duel, this would be greatly appreciated by our Game team to further investigate.

REALTYKING: I'm sorry that you are still receiving this issue in For Honor. I can completely understand the frustration this has been. Could you tell me if you received any updates on XP or rewards from previous rounds in For Honor after restarting the game or has this been an ongoing issue?
