Need a little bit of help because I've had a look around my PC and found nothing relating to my issue.

My game is installed on a fairly new SSD. I moved it when I started using it because I have phases where I religiously play For Honor and only For Honor - I must point out I currently have a faulty motherboard in the fact one of the ram slots came broken, so I'm running on 8GB of ram - As I was saying, It's all installed on the SSD. I started getting frame drops. Really bad ones at the start of matches. Bad enough to get me kicked for low framerate on a machine that can output 120fps. At first I thought it was the ram, but I close everything else that eats ram and it's got 5gb to itself, it only uses about 2.5 . That means it isn't the ram. I take another look, and it's maxing out... the hard drive that it isn't installed onto....

What, in the actual ****? xD

I did some digging through the drives. My For Honor is the steam version, and steam isn't installed on my HDD, so its not there. It isn't in Uplay either because it doesn't even give the option to view its local files from the app. Everything to do with for honor other than Uplay itself is on the SSD. I seriously doubt that Uplay could eat an entire hard drive by itself. And I made sure it was For Honor. For Honor is using my HDD when it is installed on the SSD.

So, anyone got any ideas? I'll post my current specs (That are soon to change in terms of RAM).

HDD = SATA Baracuda 1TB
SSD = NVME 1TB
CPU = i7 - 4790k
RAM = 8GB 1600HZ
GPU = 1050 Ti
