I had just purchased the RTX 3080 and installed the day one drivers, but ever since the game refuses to get past the first epilepsy warning before hard crashing the game. I thought it could have been a driver conflict since I had been using a myriad of cards beforehand, so I did a complete system restore and even afterward I have been receiving the same crashes. I could only assume it is due to immature drivers but I'm not sure.

However, to better track the issue on our end, are you able to create a ticket on our support site sending your dxdiag and msinfo: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/0...ag-and-Msinfo/

But on the ticket can you explain the situation with regards to the RTX 30 series issue, and if you have already can you state that you have tried the following:

Thanks to pidge2k and the team at Nvidia for working on and sharing the hotfix with our players here. I'm glad to hear that the issues seems to be resolved for a lot of you!

gaddem_ - I'm sorry to hear you're now experiencing crashes. Have you been able to try the steps from this troubleshooting article to see if that helps to resolve the issue? In particular, I would advise disabling background applications, as these may be interfering with the game files.

Please attach an MSinfo and a DxDiag to your case. Please also include all troubleshooting steps you have tried in your case notes, as this will help in the investigation. Thanks!
