We can confirm that you did not receive the reward, for the hero you played.
Please keep in mind however, that the rewards are randomly generated, and do not drop for the specific hero you completed the challenge with.

From my own understanding of the game, I would agree with Litten. I've checked the most recent patch notes for For Honor, since the CCU, and I can't see any mentions of changes to the Arcade Mode weekly quests.
I can also see that your case has since been escalated for additional investigation. I would advise being patient as our dedicated team take a closer look at your case. Once they've been able to investigate, they will provide you with an update. I'm afraid I cannot give a definite time-frame, but it will be as soon as they are able to.
