Bug Prefixes and Sub-forums Explained​

This prefix is automatically added to any new bug report in this section. It gives our support staff a quick visual way to see new reports as they come in, so we can begin our process of attempting to confirm the issue is indeed a bug or not.
It is also the first step in being able to track the progress being made on the report you made. In most cases the next prefix you will see your report changed to will be 'Investigating', as we begin our testing of the issue.

We are investigating an issue where SAAB players are receiving Bronze Age Quests  

• The following Buildings are not currently available to exchange in the Antiques Dealer:

Asteroid Ad
Asteroid Stock Exchange
Belt Mining HQ
Mars Ore Synthesiser
Space Food Farm
Universe Data telescope

• Using the Reconstruction Mode on the App may cause an Internal Error
• The top porting of the scroll up bar in the quest window does not respond
• Investigating an issue where the neighborhood does not reflect the neighbours
• Tools in archaeology are not visible until after refreshing the page

 

Some players lost their Mars Ore when open the new Colony, this is now fixed but if you were affected please submit a Support ticket.

Egypt Expansions are currently costed incorrectly.

The is an error with the Asteroid Ice quest.  

Negotiation in Quest 58 has the properties of a difficult negotiation.  

It is not possible to access the Spring Event using the Flash version of the game. This has been reported.  

On the App, fighting in Ancient Egypt and then directly in GBG, the Ancient Egypt army will appear.  

On the second playthrough of the Event, you need to refresh to hire the Manager.

St Patricks Day Task 32 "Generate 10b Flowers from your Flowers Factory" is fulfilled by the cake factory.  

There is an issue logging in using Flash after the latest deployment.  

It is currently not possible to access the Research Tree for some accounts. This has been reported.
