Android users should be able to play with the latest beta app. For iOS users there is nothing we can do.  

It can happen that you don't need one of the 3 badges. You still receive them though. You can see how many you have once you get a different chest requiring those badges.

The issue has been reported recently only. Sorry for the delay.
If you need to finish your settlement and can't because of this bug, please use the browser version or contact the support team. We can collect the quest for you as well.  

Should be fixed now with the changed stats of the building. Can you confirm?

The report is not even 2 days old. What do you mean by "for quite some time"?

because a 2-lane-building shouldn't show a finished production but a missing road-connection
and even more: without a 2-lane-road it shouldn't finish in the first place

so this needs to be forwarded to the developers so they can fix it properly

This is only a one time error caused by that change.
It will not be fixed on developer side, as it will not appear again and can easily be fixed on a players side.  

The announcement has been adjusted.

There are no gem rewards in the extra lanes.  

The issue is reported.
For now you can only try another Browser (or app) until it is fixed. However, you don't have to fear, that you might not be able to collect them, cause every uncollected reward will be added to your inventory once the event is over  

I just checked your city and there is nothing to collect, however the Buccaneers Bay is awfully close to the Townhall, meaning the icon is displayed above the townhall as well. Maybe it is this one?

One of the 5 goods is currently wrong. You have to get Advanced DNA Data.  

We could reproduce it and have reported it now  

OK, so this is currently working as intended, meaning while not ideal, it is not a bug.
You could create an idea to improve it, but please remember to give details on how to do it!  

This is not a bug. It can happen that you don't get a new story quest. Just continue on the campaign map and research more and it will reappear.  

This is not a bug. This happens when you leave the game open for too long or lose your internet connection. It is there to resync the minigame with our servers.
