I am having issues with matchmaking, my region is east Asia, I get a similar ping in EUS but I am limited to east Asia server and I just sit waiting 40 minutes and in the end it just keeps going on, I rarely get to play matches with this issue, I need help as I cant change the region on my Xbox One

I appreciate this isn’t always an option, but would you be able to briefly connect your PC to a mobile data hotspot, purely to see if the same issue occurs?

This will help us isolate the issue.

Would you be happy for a member of our QA department to contact you and arrange a time where you can attempt to connect to one another?

We can then monitor the network activity on our end, and ideally identify the issue.

Hey there FrostSDF,

Sorry to see you're having connection issues.

It will attempt to connect you to a data centre based on the best connection, sometimes this isn't always your local one.

I would advise giving the connectivity troubleshooting steps in our guide a try to strengthen your connection to the game and in turn, hopefully allow you to connect to your desired data centre.
