Update (January 8, 2021) Fortnite Crew subscribers on Samsung devices were delivered their items shortly after this issue was identified, swiftly resolving the issue.

Update (December 14, 2020) Our teams are still actively investigating the issue that’s affecting purchases on Samsung devices. We continue to attempt to reproduce this error on our end, and to help our investigation efforts, we are adding additional logging capabilities to our 15.10 update, which should help us get more granular information as to what might be happening.

We will be making sure that all items are rightfully delivered, along with an additional make-good compensation once we are positive the problem is sorted.

Description You may see errors when making a Fortnite Crew purchase on Samsung devices in the Samsung Galaxy Store. We are aware of this issue and are investigating the error message “0xfffffc15.”

Update The attempted multiple charges in Belarus, Brazil, Russia, and Ukraine have been resolved and have been cancelled. Please contact your bank if these refunds are not reflected in your account.

Description We’re investigating reports that players are receiving multiple charge attempts for Fortnite Crew in Belarus, Brazil, Russia, and Ukraine. We will update everyone when the issue is resolved.

Description Previewing the Bully Emote may cause a crash on PC in Performance Mode.

Update We’ve released a maintenance patch on PlayStation 5 to address this issue.

With the release of this patch, for the “120 FPS Mode” option to appear in Fortnite on PS5, please make sure “Performance Mode” is enabled in your console settings (Save Data and Game/App Settings > Game Presets > Performance Mode).

For players who prefer 4K over 120 FPS, please make sure “Performance Mode” isn’t enabled in your PS5 console settings.

Description We’re investigating reports from PlayStation 5 players with certain displays seeing their resolution at 1080p instead of 4K when not in 120 FPS Mode.
