Just entering a portal and reentering shortly after seems to activate it.
I've used the 'Edit down' teleport, also worked with 'AR spam'.

Thank you for the video, this was reported the other day and like you, we were having a hard time getting a repro. This should help.
NAW, Xbox, happens on almost any zone wars or box fight map. Usually starts out smooth, then happens after one or two games.
How many players are you playing with and at what time during the day? Are you using Creative or Playgrounds?
I believe the first ones went out today! As some have pointed out already, you have to have 1000 weekly plays on a map to get a summary of it.
