Hi all! Same as last time! We're requiring you to follow the format below (you can copy paste it). Please, please, please follow this format, and check to see if what you are reporting has already been said:

By doing this, we can use the upvote system to measure severity/frequency and also provide the developers with more info than simply, "Hey, this thing is not working, can you fix? Thanks." While allowing less severe/frequent bugs some more visibility instead of flooding the thread with the same bug. If you wish to report a bug and see that it's already reported, then just reply to that comment. If you have a workaround for that bug, then comment it on that post.

We've also included some important links that we find may help you out. We'll continue to update them as necessary.

You stating this was a bug about 7weeks ago. Currently defenders don't even return our weapons and when we give them our perked up leveled up obliterator or Neon sniper they won't even use it unless in melee range. Be nice if we wasn't punished for playing solo with defenders. Please fix.

If replicable, how: Drop a defender with a neon or obliterator in a box n they won't do anything at all. Regardless of enemy distance.

Thanks for letting us know. We rolled out a fix for this in v9.20. I'll let the team know reports are still coming in that this isn't working.

Evidence: u/magyst has log files and a video. (I uploaded with the username batuhanapatay. During season 8 I guess. Nothing has changed since then. No need to upload a video again).

We have 100% not been able to get this to happen on our end after our first round of fixes went out. Have you tried verifying your game files or done a clean install / uninstall? Since we've rolled out a fix for this already, I would need updated client logs from you to see why this is still happening.

If replicable, how: Haven't been able to pinpoint what triggers it, but it seems it has something to do with setting up a custom wargames match with the Invasion simulator. It triggers it sometimes, others it doesn't.

This is exactly the approach we're going to be taking with this. While they can still pierce, they won't be able to pierce as far because the Obliterator doesn't grant vision like the Neon Sniper does.

Had a chat with the designers on this. Just to clarify, the Rescue the Survivors missions are not intended to reward players with the "People" resource. So it's intended that you don't get them from that mission type.

If you are doing other missions and not receiving them.. make sure that you aren't at people cap!

Thank you everyone. I'm going to re-raise this with the design team. Definitely not the intention to do anything without properly telling the community. We're going to dive back in and take a look at this.

Apologies on the miscommunication there. By "take another look at this" I mean look into why they aren't properly granting them. The mission wasn't intended to give them at first. However, it's not something we're going to change since it's been this way for so long.

So we're going to be correcting this in v9.30 as we've found the root cause of it :) Thank you guys for being so passionate and calling us on our mistakes.

I haven't seen a response yet, but it would be nice to hear from u/Magyst on this one. This has been happening for some time and it seems to be happening to a decent amount of people. 25 tickets per Wargame over x number of Wargames that we have all been missing out on for some of us would be adding up to quite a large number of tickets, especially with the Birthday llamas coming up and people likely increasing their farming activities in light of that.
