Also, is there any changes coming to Rosie in the foreseeable future? Some of the hero or just buff ideas in the post you made would be very useful especially after the jail build changes lowering the amount of people using constructors during missions.
The planned ROSIE updates unfortunately got delayed a bit, but they will be coming around in the new future.

Do you recall when this clip was recorded? I have recently got word that this issue should have been fixed in 19.30.
If this clip is from the current patch, I will go ahead and update the team and let them know some work still needs to be done.

Hey y'all. Sorry about the late response (think I was relaxing a bit too much on my weekend). All I can do is raise the issue with the team; that is far from a guarantee on a change happening, but it starts a conversation at the least.

I swear they are making stw less playable intentionally so that they get minimal backlash when they cut the mode completely
I do want to note that this change is not intentional and it is being investigated closely. We can get a trello card up for it soon, so it can be followed by everyone.

I think found the problem, it seems to be DX12, putting it on DX11 should resolve it.
Thanks for bringing this to light (pun intended) Anyone who is dealing with this issue, please let me know if you are on DX12.
