It has to be account related. I've logged into my account on all devices. PC, PHONE, XBOX ONE, PS4, and SWITCH. It's happening to me and two other friends as well. We're pissed.

External link →Shiver's tail. Change it back please. Or fix it. Or give us a refund. The skin was supposed to have a tail to go with her wings when I purchased it, but it doesn't anymore. It is one of my favorite skins i haven't used it because of it.
