Yep, Fortnite is compatible with a PS4 controller on mobile.

I am pretty sure this is caused due to the camera notch on the phone. I know a couple of Android devices have had this happen, so it is being looked at. Thanks for the report.

a new post or threaded here is fine.

Is this your first game and did all the assets load prior to starting the game? It is not abnormal to see some texture issues when you first load into a game.

When this was first introduced I think I commented that multitasking mode was only temporary on devices while playing Fortnite. But yes, as some in the comments have mentioned this was removed a few updates ago.

Seen a few reports of this, really helpful information would include a screen recording, with a hand cam, if possible. Understandable that is a lot to ask, but if you cant do that the best thing is to submit bug feedback, that is located in the game settings menu.

But what if I want both!

Can you provide a screen recording of this happening? I think I have an understanding of what you are saying, but a video/screen shots would be very helpful.

Since the mini gun is a chargeable weapon a single press would not prompt the weapon to fire. Looking at the video you are holding the fire button down, let go, and attempt to press it again. At that point the weapon does not fire since it needs to charge up. If this happens for non-charge weapons, like an AR or SMG, a video of that would be helpful to determine an issue.
