[2023] Cap on creating gaps

We’ll be introducing a GAP crafting cap either in 7.2 or if not in 7.2 in one of the next couple of updates.

I believe we’re actually going to make the max 4 GAPs at a time so even if you accidentally click through the confirmation window you still only craft an hours worth.

It’s per craft - so you can still craft more than an hour’s worth if you want but you just have to do it in sets of whatever the cap is (pretty sure that is going to be 4)
