[2022] [Reported] Old (and owned) weapon offer again (same offer twice this week)

Thank you for reporting this! I was able to reproduce this issue on my own account and confirmed with the development team that this shouldn’t be coming up on players’ account that already owns the Axe of the Spire weapon.

I’ve logged this bug with the team to get fixed.
