Hey everyone,

I received some further information from the dev team about how the changes for the appearance for the rare Inari battle are designed to work.

The Inari battle is designed to only appear in one place on the battle map, this is located in the center of the map around the base of the mountains. Let’s refer to that spot as the INARI LOCATION, and the desired battle as the INARI BATTLE… you’ll see why we’ve split that into two in a moment.

In order to proc the battle there some things need to happen:

STEP 1: You fight that battle at the INARI LOCATION (whether it’s the INARI BATTLE or not) OR fight any other battle if the battle at the INARI LOCATION has not spawned. This gives the INARI LOCATION a chance to spawn. Spawn chance in both of these cases is 50% (this is consistent with other rare battle events we’re run)

STEP 2: When the INARI LOCATION spawns a battle it will pick from all 6 available battles, giving the INARI BATTLE a 16.7...

Hey everyone,

Thank you for letting us know about this. I’ve tested Queen Ash on our side and discussed how the spell Graven Seal is meant to bework when cast and this is a bug.

Even with one enemy troop on the board, the spell should be targeting it. I’ve reported this to the dev team to get this corrected.

Hey everyone,

I’ve heard back from the development team about how the Inari battles are designed to appear and how they are appearing is correct and this isn’t a bug.

Some changes were made for the “This Fox Rocks” event to the frequency of how often rare battles appear. This was done as it was found that rare battles were appearing much more often than they should in these events.

Looking at the official news post for the “This Fox Rocks” event we can see that this change wasn’t communicated clearly enough. We’ll make sure that any changes like this done to future world events are presented in a clearer fashion.

Hello,

I’ve heard back from the development team about this and a fix for this was issue send out on the 22nd of December 2022. This replaced the Tentacle Emoji Set with the Zombie Set 4 Emoji Set for those who had purchased the Elite Pass at the time.

Hey everyone,

The development team is still trying to locate the cause of this issue and apply a fix so it doesn’t happen again. Once the fix has been applied we’ll be working on getting compensation sent out.

If what I suggested didn’t work, the likely case is that the something happened to the art asset and it experienced an when it was downloaded.

When this happens the way to it is to uninstall and reinstall Gems of War.

Hello,

I looked into this with the development team and the same number of gems should have been received on PC/Mobile.

We’re working on getting that mail resent with the 10 Gems to the platforms that didn’t receive it.

Hey!

The reason the image isn’t appearing is because those diagonal lines mean the art is downloading.
On mobile, new art is downloaded only as you need it to save your mobile data.

If you’d like to download all of the art so you don’t have to wait for it to download, go to settings and to the graphics tab and press the ‘Download All Assets’ button.

Please note that as we release new content weekly you may need to do this every now and then if you want to avoid only downloading as you need the art.

Hey!

Thank you or bringing this issue you to our attention. I let the development team know and they’ve let me you should be able to purchase the Golden Holiday Battles for the Lunar Revel event on PlayStation.

I’ve logged this bug with the team to investigate what’s happening and get this fixed as soon as possible.
