[2022] Upcoming Fix Information

Hey everyone,

I thought I would create one post for this announcement and then cross-share it in the relevant threads as these are all linked.

This past week some of the main issues that have been reported are:

1. Soft locking on reward screen (rewards are still received)
2. Achievement for “If I Were A Rich Man” not progressing
3. Incorrect resource displayed in Legends Reborn event, and not the Forest Herb (event progress is collected - graphical issue)

Also, the Battlecrasher missing from the Journey Event while the Vault event was running over the weekend. While it has already been addressed, just wanted to mention it here as it was also a critical issue. Compensation for this has since been sent out to all players

This is not to say there have not been other issues, but these have been the main ones I’m mentioning here, which will make sense in just a moment!

We have found the cause and fix for the 3 listed issues above, initially, these could only be fixed in a client update (not till v6.5) but the team is pushing them to go out in a hotfix as soon as possible.
The fixes for these issues are still being processed, though we’re hopeful that we can get a hotfix out by mid next week.

Again, appreciate everyone’s patience as you see me zooming through the forums. I do have a number of tabs open with some other issues I am working to get replies/answers to currently as well!

It is not included with this hotfix, as mentioned was just including it as it was also a critical issue this week. Battlecrashers interacting with a Vault weekend will be resolved in a future update

In the past 24 hours, you may have seen some compensation go out to your mailboxes.
Appreciate everyone’s patience as we worked to get these issues fixed but unfortunately, we have been unable to get the hotfix approved in time for it to be released before the current Legends Reborn event ends.

While these issues are still going to be resolved, the achievement and the Legends Reborn event resource won’t appear again till the next event.
As for the crashing on the reward screen, this will also stop once the Legends Reborn event ends, but we were doing what we could to have this resolved sooner.

Hey all,

So the fixes from above that we were unable to get out in a hotfix, will be included in the next update being 6.5

As mentioned though, this won’t be visible till the next Legends Reborn event.
