Thank you for posting this! I can defiantly see that is an odd and annoying spot for the server exclamation mark to appear.
I have reported this to the Development Team to look at getting that corrected.

I’ll bump the original report to the development team and create a quality of life request for this for the team to take into consideration.
Please note that this issue is low priority as it only blocks the mobile achievements button when there is active server maintenance or important urgent information. (And not constantly)
