Ubisoft employee already went over this. That date is just a placeholder so they could get it in the PlayStation store so people could preorder it. It will be changed at some point.
Yeah, October 4th is still the plan. And I've seen this exact thing happen with other Ubi games, so just for future reference, it's something to be aware of when searching through upcoming releases on third party stores. :)
