interesting. would love if you can report the issue to Halo Support so they can have the info, hopefully with a matchID even. (should be able to link to the match from your match history on Halo Waypoint!)
that'd be super helpful in identifying which particular instances and give the team some more to work with as they dig into issues. :)

can you clarify what you mean by removed?
are you saying you purchased the Synthetic Runtime Bundle during Season 3 and this item is no longer in your inventory? or it's no longer showing up as an attachment for your Flenser helmet?
either way, you'll definitely want to let Halo Support know so they can add it to their tracker.

Using the Xbox site to login and refreshing the Waypoint page worked and I was able to access my account. Thank you so much! I will write a ticket right away!
yeah not super sure why the site can get its knickers in a twist sometimes but sometimes you can force it to work by oauthing elsewhere.

hey Guilty, we've seen a bit of chatter on this. it'd be super helpful if you hit up Halo Support and let them know what you're running into so they can have the extra info!
are you able to get to any other sites that use Xbox oauth login like Xbox.com, HaloWaypoint.com, etc?
if you can log in there and try to swing over to the Support site after, getting a ticket on this is super helpful.
If not, weirdly, can you try logging in using another Gamertag and submitting a ticket that way?
