@Gamer_1745 Good thinking! This was something the Axis did a lot in WW2, both to isolate Malta and to protect their own convoys to North Africa
Attempting to end Britain's naval dominance as Italy is always a really interesting challenge, and even more so with minelaying, amphibious tanks and more coming in Man the Guns!

Remember only a nation with 150% of the leaders deployed manpower can seize leadership.

@BeraudoMaxime @lmattioli8 Well you have to have 150% the deployed manpower of the faction leader to take over - so unless there are some seriously weird things going on it won't happen very often!

@SMGJohn_EU To take over you must: -Have more than twice the deployed manpower of the leader (subjects count, at some % from autonomy) -Have more than 150% of the factories of the leader -Be in every war the faction leader is currently in -Not capitulated
So what issue do you foresee?
