@ctlovrjerygrcia but the hoi3 officer ratio was not a good or fun mechanic in how it ended up with clear tradeoffs that railroaded you

@ctlovrjerygrcia to brainstorm something like an officer pool of hoi3 may be a direction to test as it wont mess with industry buildup

check out johans vicky 2 - 10 years later retrospective. For me vicky 2 was a really fun project to work on with a lot of unique challenges when it came to math and optimizations for the world market. Its also the diplomacy code i like the best still out of all our games :D
