Hey everyone!
We have moved the thread to the Report a Problem forum for better assistance.
Thanks so much for reaching out! We appreciate you sharing your experience with HLL. It sounds like you've been diving deep into the game, and we totally get how frustrating performance issues can be.
Just to make sure we're on the right track, could you let us know if your game is installed on your main drive and if it is on an SSD?
Also, could you double-check that your monitor is connected to your GPU slots instead of the motherboard? And if you’re using HDMI, it might be worth trying a DisplayPort connection, as that could provide better data transfer.
Since you're working with overclocking, have you tried disabling those features temporarily? Sometimes, settings like automatic overclocking or boost frequencies in the BIOS can affect stability, even if everything seems fine most of the time. Testing with the default settings might give you a better idea!
If none of that helps, it would be super helpful if you could share your DxDiag info with us. Here’s how to do it:
Get back to us when you can!

If none of that helps, it would be super helpful if you could share your DxDiag info with us. Here’s how to do it:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R.
- Type `dxdiag` in the text field that pops up and click OK.
- Click on "Save All Information."
- Choose to save it as a Text File (*.txt) on your Desktop for easy access.
- Open the .txt file, copy all the contents, and paste them into a free text hosting service like https://justpaste.it/ or http://pastebin.com/.
- Share the link to your post here, and we'll take a look!
