[2020] Need help I have never gotten past this

this problem suddenly appeared even though I've been playing it for 2 weeks

I have reinstalled the game, Rebuild the database of my ps4 tried to connect to my internet through wired and wireless, tried a dns server. It has never dissappeared. I can play every online game except this (warzone, fortnite, paladins, etc) this is the only game I have a problem with I have a 50mbps (50 megabits per second) internet so that's not a problem
