@PurpleGalaxi If you played during Open Beta but did not buy the Premium track, you would only get the Premium track unlocked for you. The 15 Tier Boost is only for players who already own the Premium track before today.

@jaykemp33417685 You can get it by watching any Hyper Scape stream that has Twitch Drops enabled for 20 minutes. Streams that have Drops enabled with have "Drops enabled!" in green text under the title.

@craggy_93 If you did not get your 15 tier boost or the Bitcrowns (depending on what level you are currently), you will need to send @UbisoftSupport a DM with your Ubisoft username so we can get this sorted!
